Feldi’s Building Inspections is a local business that has been operating
since 1989. We will provide you with the knowledge and service you deserve
and work hard to give you our best. Each inspection includes a
summarized report of your property, listing any deficiencies in a clear
concise manner. We inspect small condos up to large homes and commercial building. Our coverage area is most of Broward County and all of Palm Beach and Martin Counties.

Meet The Inspectors and our office manager
Each inspector with Feldi’s Building Inspections has substantial experience in residential construction, Joe & Brian are State Cert. Gen. Cont. and can do all types of commercial inspections. All our inspectors are state licensed home inspectors and have had years of experience in this trade. With each having a background in the construction field, you can be confident that they have the qualifications needed to perform your inspection. They have been providing clients with thorough inspections for years, which confirms that you will be in good hands.
JOE FELDI
Joe Feldi moved to Florida in 1984, he worked for a local developer and was involved in the construction of small shopping centers as well as residential high-rise condominiums. In 1989 he acquired his state certified general contractors license. Soon after obtaining the license, he opened Feldi’s Building Inspections. At that time, Florida did not have a license requirement for home inspections. He obtained his home inspectors license as soon as it became a requirement. He now has decades of experience in the construction and inspection industry.
BRIAN BRITO
Brian Brito has been with our company since 2010. He is a State Cert. Gen. Cont. & a licensed home inspector. He has an extensive background in Residential construction and remodeling.
AIDAN GONZALEZ
Aidan Gonzalez is a state certified home inspector, with a background in residential remodeling and is certified in wind and 4 point inspections. He was born and raised in South Florida. Aidan is also involved and serves in his local church. He is also fluent in Spanish.
VERONICA MITCHELL
Veronica Mitchell is our office manager and has been with the company since 2011 and keeps the office and schedule under control, which we all appreciate.
She definitely keeps things running very smooth and efficiently.
